Live Academic Test Series
Classes 5–12 | Subject-Wise Online Assessments
Practice. Test. Improve.
An engaging online assessment opportunity to help students practise, receive feedback and identify areas for improvement.
PromisedPage.in invites schools and educational institutions to collaborate in a structured, student-friendly Live Academic Test Series for Classes 5 to 12 across subjects. The programme combines live participation, real-time scores, answer feedback and performance reporting to support purposeful revision and remedial teaching.
Salient Features of the Live Test
- Live participation: Students join a scheduled session using a PIN and nickname on a supported device.
- Real-time scores and leaderboard: Scores and rankings update during the session to encourage healthy academic competition.
- Answer reveal: Correct answers and response distributions can support immediate feedback and concept clarification.
- Instant results: Final standings, a top-three podium, score summaries and question-wise accuracy can be reviewed after the session.
- Exportable reports: Results can be exported in CSV format for analysis in spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
- Flexible participation: Students may join as guests with nicknames or use logged-in accounts, depending on the institution’s arrangement.
Benefits for Students and Teachers
- Students can check understanding, learn from answer feedback and identify topics needing further revision.
- Teachers can review responses and question-wise accuracy, plan revision and identify concepts that may need reteaching.
- Performance reports can support academic discussions and remedial teaching.
- Healthy competition and recognition can motivate students to practise regularly.
Results should be considered alongside classroom observations, assignments and other assessments—not as the sole measure of achievement. Improvement depends on regular practice, effective teaching and follow-up revision.
Why Schools Should Participate
- A structured, subject-wise assessment option for Classes 5–12.
- Performance information that can inform revision and remedial teaching.
- A defined school allowance for local handling, coordination and supervision.
- Flexible scheduling in two or three shifts according to available computers or laptops.
- The option to begin with a pilot in selected classes or subjects before expanding.

Infrastructure and Test Arrangements
- The school arranges suitable computers or laptops and reliable internet connectivity.
- A teacher or coordinator supervises the test and helps students log in.
- Tests may be scheduled in two or three shifts depending on device availability and student numbers.

The top three eligible performers will be recognised subject to scoring and tie-break rules announced before the test. For multiple shifts, a fair ranking procedure should be established in advance, using the same questions and scoring wherever feasible or equivalent sets with a clear standardisation method.
Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about the Live Academic Test Series, school participation, fees, results and awards. Select a question to view its answer.
Which classes and subjects are covered?
The Live Academic Test Series is designed for students in Classes 5 to 12. Assessments can be organised subject-wise according to the participating school’s requirements, agreed syllabus and test schedule. The classes, subjects and question coverage should be confirmed before registration.
What is the fee per student?
The proposed fee is ₹150 per student per subject. Of this amount, ₹25 is allocated as a school handling and supervision allowance, and ₹125 is payable to PromisedPage.in. For example, for 100 students in one subject, the total collection is ₹15,000, the school allowance is ₹2,500, and the balance payable to PromisedPage.in is ₹12,500. Payment and settlement arrangements should be agreed upon in advance.
Does the school need computers and internet?
Yes. The school should arrange suitable computers or laptops, reliable internet connectivity and a teacher or coordinator to supervise participation. A short technical check and practice session before the scheduled test are recommended to help students join smoothly.
Can students take the test in two or three shifts?
Yes. The test can be scheduled in two or three shifts, depending on the number of students and available devices. The school and PromisedPage.in should agree on the timetable, duration and test arrangements in advance. If results from different shifts are compared, the same questions and scoring should be used wherever feasible, or a fair standardisation method should be announced beforehand.
Will results be available immediately?
The test platform supports results and standings after a session, including score summaries, a leaderboard and question-wise accuracy where the relevant features are available. The exact timing of result publication depends on the test configuration and successful completion of the session. The school should confirm the result-sharing process before the test.
Can teachers download results?
Results can be exported in CSV format when the relevant export feature is enabled and available for the session. Teachers can open the exported file in spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to review scores, compare performance and identify topics that may need additional teaching or revision.
How are Gold, Silver and Bronze awards decided?
Gold recognition is for the first-ranked eligible performer, Silver for the second-ranked performer and Bronze for the third-ranked performer. The applicable scoring and tie-break rules should be communicated before the test. For multiple shifts, a fair ranking procedure should also be established in advance.
Does the programme guarantee improved marks?
No. Participation does not guarantee improved marks. The programme provides opportunities to practise, receive feedback and identify learning gaps. Improvement depends on regular practice, effective teaching, revision and follow-up support. Results should be considered alongside classroom performance, assignments and other assessments.

An Invitation to Principals and Heads of Institutions
Respected Principal / Head of Institution,
We invite your institution to collaborate with PromisedPage.in in providing students with a structured, engaging and feedback-oriented online assessment opportunity. The programme aims to encourage regular practice, promote constructive competition and give teachers useful information for planning revision and academic support.
We recommend beginning with a pilot in selected classes or subjects. This allows your institution to assess student participation, technical readiness, scheduling and the usefulness of performance reports before expanding the programme.
Let us make practice more meaningful, assessment more engaging and learning more purposeful.
